Directions coming from Dublin on the N7: The last village before Limerick is Birdhill. About 8 miles after that you will meet a roundabout, which you pass straight through. At the next roundabout, turn right and then shortly after turn left. Continue for about a mile. The entrance to the University is marked by two large flag-poles (on the right side). Plassey Village (point 5 on map) is the next entrance on the left, having passed the University entrance. The entrance after that is the Castletroy Park Hotel (point 4 on map). The reception to Plassey Village is the first house on the left after you turn off the main road. If you plan on arriving on Sunday September 2nd, the office is open from 19:00 to 21:00 on Sunday night. Otherwise you will have to go to the main reception of the University (point 9 on map). This also is the entrance for the meeting itself. Parking is available in a new car-park on the opposite side of the road from the Stables complex (point 11 on map) for IEP1.00 per day. On the day of the meeting, enter the main building (point 9 on map) and take the lift to the level 2. The lecture room is immediately on your left.
